Zero Seconds to Comply

Sir Ian I am the law Blair faced questions from MPs today. He really is the most odious git. He said:
"I think a watershed has been passed and I think now we have to find a process for debating these issues..."
A watershed has been passed? What a very polite way to describe the moment when police officers gunned down an innocent man because he looked a bit foreign. It doesn't really do justice to the impact seven bullets have on a human head. A watershed?

Parliament has never debated the shoot to kill policy. No votes have been cast in support of it. Is it really to much to ask to expect our government to find a process for debating these issues before they start shooting people?
