Thou Shalt Not Kill

It is sixty years since an atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima.
Judging by comments Blair made before the election, it looks as if he wants to replace our nuclear weapons systems, undoubtedly at huge expense to the UK taxpayer. Would there ever come a time when the government felt it was justifiable to use such a weapon? I really hope not.

In Iraq, the US military is responding to the recent roadside bomb which killed 14 marines. At what point does "we're winning" start to sound ridiculous? How many people have to die? It looks like all we can expect is more of the same.

I'm unable to find the words. Is this Civilization?
